The hotel offers an affordable stay, right in the heart of local life, markets and tourist hot-spots. Staff are helpful and welcoming, and the option for free laundry is a great perk. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, ideal for one or two night breaks, and breakfasts are included. The hotel is a great base from which to explore and socialize with the locals in local hot-spots.
Some noises from the restaurant next door can make it impossible to sleep.

The hotel's location and friendly staff are its best aspects. It is located near a lot of restaurants and shops which made it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. the room was spacious enough to move around and relax.
The negative aspects of this hotel outweigh the positive ones. The facilities were really old and the aircon did not work properly, making the room too hot or too cold.

The only good thing about this place was the free breakfast and the complimentary drinks at the bar. the hotel's location was also convenient and close to all the main attractions in the city center. It was easy to walk around and explore the area. the staff was friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.

We had a comfortable stay at The One Hotel Ben Thanh. Despite the lack of a window in our room, the cozy bed and accommodating staff made up for it. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the free laundry service was a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel.
